Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • incorrect product selection; 
  • provision of incorrect photo or details;
  • colour variations - colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings;
  • delivery of an order in an untimely manner due to circumstances beyond our control

If in doubt, please ask any questions before you purchase, we're always happy to help! 

Returns and refunds will be considered in situations where: 
  • we have shipped an incorrect item;
  • your item has been lost in transport;
  • your item has been damaged in transport - photos of both the item and packaging will be required, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
