DIGITAL PET PORTRAITS
A proof will be emailed within 4 business days. Your final portrait will be emailed within 2 business days after you have approved your proof.  

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
A proof will be emailed within 4 business days. Your print will be express shipped within 2 full business days after you have approved your proof. Please allow a further 1 to 6 business days for shipping.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

New Zealand 

New Zealand orders are printed and shipped from New Zealand for a $10 AUD flat rate. You should receive your order within 10-15 business days, often sooner. 

United States and United Kingdom

US and UK orders are printed and shipped from the US and the UK for a flat rate of $15 AUD. You should receive your order within 4-5 weeks, often much sooner. 

Rest of the World

We charge a $20 AUD flat rate to ship portraits to countries not mentioned above. Please allow approximately 6 - 8 weeks to receive your order.  

Please note: international customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on each country. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees.
